Distributed Compute Platform
Computing companies can buy chips in weeks. A new utility connection now takes years. Plenty of industrial sites already carry heavy electric service, zoning that allows the use and open land beside the buildings. We turn those sites into 5 to 20 MW compute facilities, end to end.
We screen every industrial parcel in a market on zoning, then usable land, then grid headroom: existing service, nearby substations and transmission. Flood, wetland and neighbor checks follow. Only sites that clear all of it reach an owner.
We partner with the owner, confirm how much load the existing service can carry, and take the expansion request to the utility, sized under 25 MW per site. Terms with the owner are set up front, with no rezoning.
With development partners we deliver the facility on the pad: medium-voltage service, modular compute blocks, liquid or air cooling, and battery and backup power sized to each phase.
We match each site to inference platforms, GPU clouds, enterprises and developers, and file the utility request with the tenant as the named load. That is what gets capacity allocated.
